Users can track their progress through detailed analytics and engage in personalized training drills tailored to their specific needs. The app aims to offer a comprehensive training experience for basketball players of all levels, aiming to improve accuracy, technique, and overall performance on the court.

To access the features of Automatic: Basketball Trainer, users are required to create an account. During registration, you'll need to provide certain personal information, which may include your name and email address. You agree to respect our intellectual property rights and not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from Automatic: Basketball Trainer without explicit permission from Automatic AI, LLC. This agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to the app will remain solely with Automatic AI, LLC.

Automatic: Basketball Trainer offers various subscription plans, including monthly and annual options. Payments for these subscriptions will be processed through your Apple account. Upon confirmation of purchase, your payment will be charged to your Apple account, and the subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription settings, which can be done directly through your Apple account settings. Please note that the prices of subscriptions may vary and are subject to change. We will communicate any price changes to you in advance through your registered email or via notifications within the app. All sales are considered final, and we do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, except as required by applicable law. Your continued use of Automatic: Basketball Trainer after a change in the subscription price constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Automatic AI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the app; (c) any content obtained from the app; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to the terms of this agreement or your use of Automatic: Basketball Trainer, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through amicable negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in English and the location will be decided upon by mutual agreement. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Automatic AI, LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the Automatic: Basketball Trainer app at any time without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the app.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or other aspects of our service. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the terms. Your continued use of Automatic: Basketball Trainer after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
